North Shore Indoor Sports offers North Shore suburban communities a 160’ x 65’ boarded and fully netted turf field for non-stop play, positioned under a clear-span 24 foot roof. At 55,000 square feet, NSIS incorporates 12,000 square feet of turf, one full-sized basketball court, a speed and strength training facility with a Mondo running track and a baseball / softball academy. The entire building is climate controlled - both heat and air-conditioning - to allow for comfortable year-round usage. The facility is designed to meet the needs of organized public and private sports teams and clubs, as well as satisfying the ever-increasing demand for a higher level of competitive sports traning. We are committed to creating the best sport specific practice facility in the Chicagoland area.
We are able to accommodate soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, softball, basketball, kickball, dodge ball, etc. These sports will have the ability to train indoors on state-of-art turf; the field is divisible to support training and games for all ages. For the soccer community, a field that features a high speed turf and official indoor boards promotes a high speed indoor game that increases player development by providing 3 times more ball touches than the outdoor game, directly improving player ball skills, player speed, and decision making. For the lacrosse community, the fully boarded and netted field allows for non-stop play with smaller team sizes. Competitive leagues for youth through adult teams will be formed along with tournaments, clinics and camps throughout the year.
Full height glass boards at the goal lines enables terrific sight-lines from all spectator seating locations and a relaxed, roomy environment for the players, coaches and spectators alike. A vending area is available for your enjoyment. Complimentary wireless internet is available for visitors and coaches. An adjacent party room is available for rental.
North Shore Indoor Sports will also offer programming for pre-school through grade school ages through our programming partner Hi Five Sports in a combination of sports and camps/clinics throughout the year. The opportunity for a variety of corporate events, themed birthday parties and team parties are also offered. North shore indoor Sports has partnerships with TC Boost, a speed and strength training facility as well as Diamond Instincts, a Baseball and Softball Academy.
